JR Verify provides digital verification-related services and related technology features. The availability, price, processing method and requirements of each service may vary.
Some services may depend on third-party data providers, government systems, authorized partners or external infrastructure. We cannot guarantee availability where an external dependency is unavailable or changes its requirements.
Accounts
- You are responsible for providing accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You must not use another person's account without authorization.
- You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable Use
You must use JR Verify only for lawful and legitimate purposes. You must not attempt to bypass security controls, abuse verification services, submit fraudulent information, interfere with the platform, scrape restricted data or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Payments and Wallet
Where a service requires payment or wallet balance, the applicable price will be displayed by the platform before the request is processed. Fees and refunds may depend on the service and its processing status.
Verification Results
Verification results depend on the information and source systems available to the relevant service. A result should not be treated as a substitute for independent due diligence where a business, legal or regulatory decision requires additional checks.
Availability
We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, network problems, provider outages, security events and other circumstances may affect service availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KVerify Digital Solutions will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or an external service dependency. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
